I don't see any streams

Cannot see stream in mobile app

If you are attending an event remotely but can't see any streams, you might have streams turned off.

To turn them on or off, please head to tab More, scroll down, and find the Virtual event mode switch.

Cannot watch streams in browser app

If you are unable to watch streams in the browser app, here is a list of the most common issues that could be causing the problem.

You may not have allowed cookies

The message informing you that cookies are not allowed is displayed only on the event homepage and not on the actual event. This means that the video you are viewing is most likely not the event livestream but rather a promotional video for the event.

To find the actual livestream, you need to proceed inside the event by clicking the “Join Event” button in the upper-right corner of the page.

By entering the event this way, cookies are automatically accepted, and you should not encounter issues with the livestream not loading. Once inside the event, locate a session in the program, open it, and you will be able to watch its livestream.

Your browser settings might be blocking the video

Another common issue is that certain browser settings might be preventing the livestream from loading. If this happens, try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or accessing the event on another device.

Using a different device is especially recommended if you are using a company device that might have a device management system restricting access to certain content.

The event might not have a livestream

It is important to note that while every event has a browser-based website, this does not necessarily mean that the event includes a livestream. Always confirm that the event you are attending is intended to provide livestream access.
